In 2009, we began our journey as a Business Correspondent (BC) for State Bank of India (SBI), undertaking Financial Inclusion (FI) initiatives in the states of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Our strong performance and effective service delivery in these regions were widely recognized, leading to a significant expansion of our role. Motivated by this success, we scaled our operations nationally, and in December 2013, we were appointed as a National Business Correspondent for State Bank of India. As part of this expansion, we established 12 state-level offices and launched Financial Inclusion operations across the country.
Becoming a Bank Mitra is an opportunity to work in partnership with banks to deliver essential banking services at the grassroots level. As a Bank Mitra (Customer Service Point Agent), you are entitled to earn commissions on a range of services, including account opening, cash deposits and withdrawals, credit card payments, and utility bill payments.
In addition to service-based commissions, CSP Agents may also receive a basic fixed pay ranging from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 5,000 per month, subject to fulfilling specific performance and operational conditions as outlined by the respective bank.
